  • 72-Hour Freshness Promise: Live orders ship within 72 hours of payment confirmation (Mon-Wed only to avoid weekend delays).

  • Tracking Included: Expedited shipping via trusted carriers (Canada Post/Purolator).

  • DOA Protocol:

    • Contact Us Within 2 Hours of delivery at support@yourfishstore.ca.

    • Provide Proof: Clear photos/video of unopened bag + deceased livestock.

    • Resolution: Store credit or replacement (no refunds).

⛟ Non-Live Products (Food, Equipment, etc.)

  • Processing: Ships in 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery: Canada-wide via Canada Post/Purolator (tracking provided).

  • Delays: Contact us if tracking shows no movement after 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns: For the safety of our livestock, we cannot accept returns.

  • DOA Only: Follow the protocol above for store credit/replacement.

  • 30-Day Exchange: Unopened, unused items can be exchanged for store credit.
