Provide Proof: Clear photos/video of unopened bag + deceased livestock.
Resolution: Store credit or replacement (no refunds).

Processing: Ships in 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Canada-wide via Canada Post/Purolator (tracking provided).
Delays: Contact us if tracking shows no movement after 48 hours.

No Returns: For the safety of our livestock, we cannot accept returns.

30-Day Exchange: Unopened, unused items can be exchanged for store credit.
